Together with the summer nearly here, the smartphone business is heating up. By Oppo Reno to Realme 3 Pro, Galaxy A90 and more, here’s a listing of smartphones that are set to debut in April 2019.
The affordable and mid sized smartphone area may be a bit crowded, but it does not stop OEMs from releasing new apparatus with improved hardware, layout and features.
The month of March was fairly exciting with launches like the Galaxy S10, Galaxy A & M series, Redmi Notice 7-series, Vivo‘s smartphones with pop up selfie snappers, and more.
With summer nearly here, things are only getting heated. Following is a glance at smartphones which are due to launch in April 2019.
Oppo Reno, Realme 3 Pro, Samsung Galaxy A90, Redmi 7, more
Realme 3 Pro
Last month, Realme launched the Realme 3 funding smartphone priced at Rs 8,999. The business also promised that a top notch Realme 3 Pro smartphone, which will launch sometime this month.
It is predicted to go heads with the Redmi Note 7 Pro, also include a 48-megapixel rear camera. Besides, it’s also expected to come with a Snapdragon 675 SoC with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. But, there’s absolutely no word on the launch date yet.
Oppo is gearing up to launch a new smartphone series called Reno, and unveiling is set for April 10 in China. The Oppo Reno is also thought to make it to the Indian shores within the upcoming few weeks after the launch in China.
Rumors hint that the Reno is going to be available in two different chip set variants — one with Snapdragon 710 SoC and another with flagship Snapdragon 855 SoC.
The highlight of the smartphone might be a periscope styled 10X lossless zoom camera, a prototype of which the business already showcased at MWC 2019.
Huawei P30, P30 Pro
Late last month, Huawei unveiled the P30 and P30 Pro flagship smartphones in an event in Paris. Now, the business is all set to deliver the smartphones into the Indian shores later this month.
A”Notify Me” page has gone live on Amazon India, meaning that the smartphone will be marketed via the e-commerce portal.
The P30 Pro includes four cameras at the trunk, with one letting periscope design 10X zoom, and one being a ToF depth sensor for desktop blur effects. The smartphone is powered with a Kirin 980 SoC, 8GB RAM, as well as 512GB storage.
The P30, on the other hand, comes with triple rear cameras, and smaller battery capability, but keeps many features that you get on the P30.
Xiaomi Redmi 7
Xiaomi has launched the affordable Redmi 7 smartphone in China, and it is likely to attract the smartphone into the Indian shores shortly. Expected to launch sometime around end of April at around Rs 7,000, the smartphone includes a 6.3-inch HD+ screen, Snapdragon 632 SoC, 4,000mAh battery, dual rear cameras, and runs MIUI 10 according to Android Pie OS from the box.
Samsung Galaxy A90, A40
Samsung is hosting simultaneous events in Bangkok and Sao Paulo on April 10, where it’s expected to launch the Galaxy A90 smartphone. One of the highlights of this smartphone is predicted to be an edge-to-edge screen with no notch, and will be the organization’s first smartphone with a pop-up selfie snapper. It’s likely to be powered by an Exynos 9710 octa-core SoC created on 8nm FinFET process.
The South Korean technology giant is also expected to launch the most compact Galaxy A40 at the event. It is expected to come with a 5.9-inch complete HD+ display, dual rear cameras, an Exynos 7885 SoC, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The smartphone can run on Android Pie OS with One UI skin on top.
Xiaomi Mi A3
The Mi A-series from Xiaomi is proven to run on Android One program when ditching the organization’s MIUI skin. Recently, we’ve encounter leaks and rumors surrounding the Mi 9X that’s expected to deliver an in-display fingerprint scanner, 48-megapixel rear camera, along with a Snapdragon 675 SoC.
While these are only rumors, the Mi A3 is forecast to be the rebranded version of Mi 9X and might be available in India for a price tag of around Rs 17,000.
